artifacts of learning

our class taking to Catherine.

We talked to Catherine about what it’s like in Uganda and how to solve problems there.

some of the problems we asked Cathy:

  1. How big an effect is poverty regarding school in Uganda?
  2. How different is the education system in Uganda then Canada?
  3. What were dreams as a kid or who inspired you?
  4. Does the school for girls get enough donations?
  5. What problem is bigger: Poverty, lack of education, or climate change?
  6. How is Climate Change effecting the girls?
  7. How is sustainable energy helping?

Science 9 was fun this semester despite me being told to shut my laptop(which I don’t like being told). I liked the Minecraft projects best, it was fun building structures that were science related.

In Chemistry we learned about the periodic table and the arrangement of element. We learned about compounds and polyatomic ions. We learned about element features, chemical reactions, variables, and the scientific method.

in Physics we learned about resistances, voltages, and currents.

We learned about Ohm’s law and how to read resistors colors, voltmeters, and ammeters. we also learned how to make our own circuits light a lightbulb. We powered a lightbulb with fruit. And learned about circuit series and parallel circuits. We also learned that electricity moves differently through different fruits.

in biology, my favorite project was Minecraft meiosis, because I got to build the cell cycle with my friends and it ended up looking very good (despite Chey putting amethyst crystals everywhere).

We learned about cell reproduction and how the cells make copies of themselves

 A cell project I did with Cameron and Samantha.

In earth science we learned about abiotic and biotic factors.

wolves=biotic

water=abiotic

We learned about atmosphere, hemisphere, geosphere, and hydrosphere.

  1. Its sսch as youu learn my mіnd! You appear to
    underѕtand so much about this, like you wrotе the
