Chosen Picture:
Prompt: White dad portrait his face is shadowed and there is falling cash, cell phone in his hand, more cash in the background. Make him younger.
I chose to use this photo for my movie poster because it was the closest to what I imagined in my mind. It copied the prompt exactly and I feel as if it really portrays my protagonists emotions. The reason I chose to have money falling in the background is because it shows an abundance of wealth which is what my protagonist had and he is holding a phone to show how he was obsessed with technology. The shadows over his face demonstrate the darkness the luxury was brining to his family so it gives a sense to the viewer the deeper parts of the story/movie.

Thank you for submitting your Open AI Film Poster assignment on your Edublog for both English 9 and COL. The following are my observations regarding the assignment:
– Short story is well written including characters, setting, point of view, conflict, etc
– Image is included in the post taken from OpenAI website
– Image (primary) and layered images fit the narrative based on effective prompts put into website
– Film Poster includes one of the Open AI images and looks like a professional film poster
– The only thing that would have made this project even better is if you animated the film poster or layered in some other images using the Photoroom techniques
– Reflection answers all questions and touches upon a core competency topic with details
