For my Core Competency, I chose Critical thinking. For my assignment, I chose the Confederation simulation. In this project, we had to pretend to be ambassadors of different provinces and negotiate our terms for joining Confederation with other students. During this project, I demonstrated my critical thinking skills by being persuasive during negotiations and communicating with my group. I also used critical thinking by creating creative arguments for negotiations. In the future, I will use more of the other competencies, such as communication or creative thinking.
