September Reflection
This month we cooked: carrot muffins, apple strudel, ponderosa cupcakes, angel food cakes and cream puffs. We learned 5 different flour mixture methods that went along with each recipe. My favorite recipes we’ve made this month were the ponderosa cupcakes and the cream puffs. Both are similar or the same to recipes I’ve had before and always wanted to know how to bake them myself.
