Week 11-Solving Quadratic Inequalities in One Variable

Solving quadratic inequalities in one variable is very similar to solving quadratic equations

For example, to solve x^2 – 9x + 14 = 0, you would factor it to find the zeros, which would be (x-7)(x-2) = 0, so x= either 2 or 7. It would be the same process with x^2 – 9x +14 < 0, which would be (x-7)(x-2) < 0. So 2 < x < 7.
