Peer tutoring midterm assessment – Aidan S

on I chose the podcast, because it shows my growth in conversations and working with others. Me and 2 other people made our first podcast and we got to communicate with eachother to get it finished and get the grade we wanted. We called over winter break everynight the last week of the break and wrote the script, practiced and put it together all as a group. We each had our individual roles but we worked together to get them done. We made sure to communicate to make sure no one was struggling and if they were we as a group helped them resolove their problem. I can furthur devlop my communcation skills by usuing what I did for my podcast in other classes when I have to work with a group. We planned ahead of time and made sure to have a platform we could all communicate on.
