This week I learn how to convert with this system using a strategy I never used before. A challenge with this strategy is remebering whether or not to have a negative exponent and remebering what goes in the denominator and what goes in the numerator. This is obviously use when converting between the system as well as between the imperial system.
How to apply between SI:
I learned to to solve equations that have a negative exponent.

You apply these sort of expressions when you are solving various equations. This is how you apply it. 
Since it is an exponent that is negative you put it over one because its less then one. And to solve this: you just have to solve what the exponent is, so

An easy way to get around this is simply switcing the numbers around like this :
because it means the same thing.
I learned the parts of a radical.
The Radicand, the Index, the radical sigh and sometimes a coefficient. When applying this you can idenity the parts of any radical. You simply solve this by simpifying. You can apply this when you need to simpify or make this mixed radical in to an entire radical. Some challenges are remebering the index, rembering some cube roots, square roots and etc, and another challenge is figuring out factors that are roots.
Ex. 
I leaned how to properly use a division table. This table can be used for figuring out the GCF or the LCM as well as figuring out the some of a numbers prime factors. Some challenges are the long division if you don’t have a calculator. Another one would be that figuring out the right factor that is divisable a a number.
