My Graduation Plan

1.       Healthy Living

a.       This year, I am _______run everyday _____ to meet DPA requirements (150 mins/week of moderate to vigorous physical activity).

2.       Course Credits

a.       I need 80 credits to graduate. A typical course is worth __48_ credits.

                                                             ii.      28 of them must be from electives.

                                                           iii.      16 of them must be from Grade 12 courses.

b.       At the end of this year, I will have 64 credits.

Which story resonates most with you?

Matthew worked in restaurant when he is 19 years old. One day Danny asked he to help him lift a barrel which full of oil, he agreed. When he was lifting the barrel, he fell down, the high temperature oil covered his body. He be sent to hospital , he is about to die, but as result, he is alive. His skin has been severely damaged.

Why?

Because many people start to work at restaurant, not very familiar how to do the work. It is important for us to know how important is to be work safe.

What can you learn from their workplace accident?

We have rights to refuse some unsafe work, do not do unsafe things forever, because we only have only one life, we need to protect ourselves., do not for money to do something will hurt you.
