Part 1: Mutation Story- Cowden syndrome

  • What happened to you as a gene?

A part of me called PTEN gene has a mutation.

  • What caused your mutation?

The natural mutation.

  • What effects did the gene mutation have on your host’s body?

It will cause cancers and hamartomas, including cancers of the breast, thyroid, uterus (endometrial), and kidney cancers.

  • How was the host’s life affected? What was their story?

The host’s life wasn’t very good and has developed a disease called Hamartomas and it can be seen especially in twenties.

I’m a gene in a human and I looks like got some trouble, that a part of me called PTEN gene has a mutation. It’s probably because the natural mutation or the radiation and damaged me. It is not good cause it will bring  cancers and hamartomas, including cancers of the breast, thyroid, uterus (endometrial), and kidney cancers. So the host’s life is badly effected and his skin and the oral is becoming full of pustules and looks very bad.
