To do or not to do

Humans have all been deemed guilty of procrastinating , whether you are young or old , at some point you have experienced the guilt of procrastinating. What interested me the most in the article that I read was the immediate connection I made as soon as I stumbled upon an all caps article titled : Procrastination: A Scientific Guide on How to Stop Procrastinating. The article gives us insight and scientific reasons as to why we procrastinate and how to prevent it. What attracted me to this article was the fact that I , myself as a student have been stuck in this cycle of procrastinating .What made it even worse was the immediate guilt I would feel after laying of a task that was supposed to be done. The article demonstrated several tips that gradually have you making progress towards ending the never-ending procrastination cycle. The author’s style was very intriguing , he included an abundance of rich scientific facts , which in my opinion was very enjoyable to read. Compared to other articles , this one portrays a very straightforward and easy to understand explanation of the problem and how to counter it . As a reader , I have found it to be very helpful that I found such article since many of the articles online nowadays are based on speculation and nonsense. What made me appreciate it more was the fact that the author had such a simple approach towards such complex problem. As a person who does not read too often , I have found it to be a very enjoyable read and would recommend it to anyone willing to break the never ending procrastination cycle.
