What is the eating disorder?

Loss of diet refers to people’s excessive attention to their diet and weight, which affects their normal life and causes a series of health and behavior problems. Major types of eating disorders include anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and bulimia nervosa, and other relatively rare types.

How does it affect the body?

People with anorexia nervosa overeat, sometimes to the point of death, in order to stay slim. In addition, these patients may also have excessive weight loss exercise.

People with bulimia nervosa often overeat, and then try to get rid of excess calories and weight by vomiting or doing a lot of exercise. These neurobulimia patients may eat less between binge eating and diarrhoea. They usually have a normal weight and are even slightly overweight.

Patients with bulimia often eat too much during the gluttony, eat a may be a few hours, in the case of not hungry sometimes eat, and even has been filled with bad does not necessarily will stop. After a round of binge-eating, the patient may go on a diet or normal diet, and then go on to the next round of binge-eating. People with bulimia may be normal, overweight or obese.

What are the causes of it?

They are often a mixture of biological, psychological, family and socio-cultural factors. Eating disorders often serve as a response to sudden chills such as traumatic events in a person’s life, in a person’s loss of life or significant change, bullying or stress overload gradually develop. Risk factors, can make a person more likely to have an eating disorder, including: a certain characteristics of an obsession with personality or anxiety, for example, have a family history of eating disorders, depression or drug abuse, their eating habits, or too much focus on weight and slim shape, especially when coupled with from the social or work.

Who does it typically affect?

The injury to diet often affects the normal function of the spleen and stomach. It can also affect mood and physical habits.

What are some major recognizable features of the disorder?

Main symptoms include: thin body, spleen and stomach problems, fatigue and dizziness.

How can it be treated?

Treatment for eating disorders depends on their type. But in general, typical treatments include psychotherapy, nutritional education, and medication. If you are already in danger, you need to be hospitalized immediately to stabilize your health. Effective treatment often requires the cooperation of physicians, mental health professionals and nutritionists.
