3 ways to focus on my health

Fitness- going to gym for exercise after school from Tuesday to Friday; going swimming once a time on weekends.

-stop being lazy. Walk more. Do more. Avoid staying at home over the whole weekends and holidays.

Mental health-watch videos of some speeches or read some paragraphs once a week as ways of decompression.

-when I face some troubles or I am so depressed, I can go for my family and friends and pour

out my heart. They will listen to me and give me couples of suggestions. That will also be helpful.
