The one I’ve chosen Summer Scrambled Eggs

Why I choose it?
Reasons: Firstly, I pretty like sweet tomatoes and scrambled eggs. Secondly, it looks very good. The last but not least, this one is similar to the one I’ve had in China which is my favourite dish. And my mother always cooks for me. However, now, I am in Canada and far away from my family. My mom can not cook for me any more. So ,I chose this one in order to feel the warmth of family again.
Is it easy or difficult?
I think it is not difficult. It’s an easy one. The processes are not very complex.
How does it taste?
It taste sweet and sour. It’s very tasty.
Deficiency:
I think it will be better if I add more spring onions.
