Nowadays, we can’t live without environmental protection. Like the food we make, Each kind of food is packaged according to its kind, carton, plastic bag, plastic bottle… These materials are specially selected for the products purchased. Vegetables, for example, are kept in plastic bags to keep them fresh. Like some fruit juice, drinks, can be put into the ring-pull can. This does not expire easily. Packaging is a positive for consumers. Because packaging can help us to preserve food, not easy to waste. But as time went on, we developed a lot of wasteful habits. So how can we reasonably use these unused plastic bags or cans? First, we can use plastic bags of decorations as garbage bags to avoid waste. Second, we save cans for recycling. In a day, in a year, in a hundred years, some of it can be recycled, some of it can’t. Like plastic products, some countries may leave plastic products in an open space, and eventually these plastic products will stay in the ground forever until people find them. “Food waste collected as recycling from homes in the borough is taken to Bedfordshire where it is turned into energy and fertiliser. During this process, food waste is put into an anaerobic digester where micro-organisms break down food waste in the absence of oxygen. This process produces biogas, a mixture of methane and carbon dioxide which can then be used to produce heat, electricity or transport fuels. The gas itself is a source of renewable energy.” Some people never cherish the food, if they can’t eat it, they will choose to throw it away. This leads to global warming. Now the earth has become very bad because of garbage, we have to protect it through their own little power. We should protect the environment, save resources and make our life better.
