Foods 10 Sugar Assignment

Measuring out all of the sugar that is added into the products below helped me see how big the amount actually is. Knowing that the recommended intake for females is 30g a day and most of the items below are half if not more than how much I should be having in a days worth of sugar was shocking. Next time I have one of these items I will take into consideration how much sugar there is, how bad it can be for my health and choose to go for a healthier option.
