this week in math we learned how to get the height of something by standing on the ground using trigonometry. All you have to do is measure the angle from your eye to the top of the object. Then measure how far away from the object you are. Now that you have an angle and a side of the triangle you can use tan(ang)= x/length. after you do that equation you will have to measure from the ground to your eye and add that onto the answer. That is how you measure something like tree or a building without having to go up and measure it.
