The Cinnamon buns were one of the best tasting things we’ve made this year, and this is why I’m reflecting on this lab. I very much enjoyed this lab. It was very fun to learn how to make one of my favorite foods from scratch. It ended up better than I thought it would turn out because I didn’t think wee could make them. Everyone in our group ended up collaborating very well and this was probably the item that turned out the best. We all understood what to do, where to go and what ingredients to get. If I were to do this at home, I would probably add some icing to the top of it.
