Who is Martin Heinrich Klaproth?

What did he discover?

Where was he when Martin discovered uranium?

Why is uranium radioactive?

When did he discover uranium?

Whoa?@#!

Who? Uranium was discovered by Martin Heinrich Klaproth he was born on December 1st, 1743 in Wernigerode Germany. He started off in his early career as an assistant for an apothecary. In the early 1780s, Martin began working at the University of Berlin as a pharmaceutical assessor. Before working at the university Martin was studying chemicals and minerals in his free time.

What? Martin discovered uranium and many other elements but we will be talking about uranium. He discovered uranium and it was brought his fame after uranium he became very popular or well known. After his very large discovery, he discovered many other elements like titanium and much more.

Where? He discovered uranium in Berlin Germany.

How?  He made by using a material called pitchblende mainly a mix of (uranium oxides).

Why? Uranium is radioactive because under certain conditions it can be split holding a lot of energy so we use the expression nuclear fusion. A uranium atom has (92 protons),(143-146 neutrons) and,( 92 electrons).

When? Martin discovered uranium in the year of 1789. And it was made him a known chemist for what he has discovered.
