I believe people need to get a license to become parents. Primarily, license should be used to protect children to stay safe and comfortable everyday. Furthermore a home vehicle is the safest way for the children to commute anywhere comparing to walking by themselves. When a kids are alone, any parents are concerned about their children. I think that parents think that they want to observe their children by being with them as much as possible. Even if they are tired, if they get in the car, it is a space where you can relax as if you are inside the house. The parents will need to have a car to use in case of emergency of their family. Also a car is necessary when a child encounters a dangerous scene. When something happens to their kids, their parents think that they would like to bring their kids to the hospital as soon as possible. Such as, when they encounter scenes such as when children is injured or have a high fever. Usage of a home vehicle is overwhelmingly faster than waiting for an ambulance. If there is no car, the possibility to save the children will be limited from the beginning. If the parents have a car, the access range of your parents will expand. Expanding the scope of parental behavior results in increasing time to share parent’s knowledge by giving the children a positive stimulation. The advantage of expanding the range of your parent’s action, is that they can take their children to various places. Without a car, the range of action becomes very narrow. Children are growing creatures that grow everyday, receiving influences in various places. In conclusion people must have license for the children’s education and to have awareness as a parent.
