Iron Chef Reflection
We made butter nuts squash ravioli for iron chef. I enjoyed the activity because it was very hard assignments for me I never use or eat butternuts squash in my life so I was very confused and I could not come up with an idea, but my group member are decided to make ravioli with butternuts squash and I thought that is good idea because butternuts squash is very sweet vegetables, but ravioli is you can change taste of butternuts squash if you can control sauce of ravioli so I was happy with our group decisions. The reason that we divide this recipe is very simple to make and simple ingredients so that is why we decided to make this. If I do this activity, everybody said the pasta was hard so I will try to make pasta is more soft and smooth. The pasta was not ready for the guest so we were rush end of the class. The group work was good everybody gets own job so we made ravioli together.

I choose Sunflower Crepes lab because the recipe and ingredients were very simple, but very delicious. Crepe’s appearance is also very cute and I really enjoyed making crepes. It was a difficult making crepes with frying pan, but I was very happy when I made nice and perfect crepes. The group work was easy than other lab because two people were working crepes and other two people were cut the ingredients and sprinkle to the pan so everybody can get their job. If I have to do this lab again I would not to cover with aluminum foil when I put in the oven because the crepes will be more crispy and the shape will more like a sunflower. If it is crisply the crepe will not break so I think the crepe’s looks will get better.
