I choose Sunflower Crepes lab because the recipe and ingredients were very simple, but very delicious. Crepe’s appearance is also very cute and I really enjoyed making crepes. It was a difficult making crepes with frying pan, but I was very happy when I made nice and perfect crepes. The group work was easy than other lab because two people were working crepes and other two people were cut the ingredients and sprinkle to the pan so everybody can get their job. If I have to do this lab again I would not to cover with aluminum foil when I put in the oven because the crepes will be more crispy and the shape will more like a sunflower. If it is crisply the crepe will not break so I think the crepe’s looks will get better.
