One thing that I am proud of this year with my English compare and contrast essay was that I researched the information properly. Therefore reflect on the similarities and differences between Io and Hassan.
The first thing that I will remember to improve for next year’s English is to research and provide more evidence clueing back to my thesis and properly representing the evidence. The second thing that I want to improve for English next year is to have a better grasp on my argument and state information that is relevant to the subject of the essay and especially the characters.

Hasan Minhaj at the time his parents had made the big decision to immigrate, he was a young boy.
Having barely any social experience,
Hasan needed to face everything he feared with only the strict support from his parents.
Hasan wanted society to change the way they treated our immigrants around the world.
In his childhood Hassan experienced discrimination because of his background.
The importance of treating immigrants the same as any other was quite present in his speech.
