Before this activity, I did’t know what the Core Competent is. I learned that the competencies are important for building life skills. I also learned many other people from this activity such as Ellen Page and Michelle Douglas.

My knowledge go the Core Competencies helps me look at myself of how I am doing in my school and personal life.
