Week 4: Math 11

This week we learned about statistics, we learned different ways to measure the percent of something in a big number or just like a test score. The three types of ways are Mean, Median, & Mode.

Mean – The average, the sum of all the data and divide by the number of data values. This formula works best for when you are trying to find the percent of your test.

Median – IS the middle value when the data is organized (lowest – highest)

* If there an even amount of numbers then you take the middle between those two numbers.

ex. 6,7 would be 6.5
