Math 11: week 5

This week I learned how to do Normal Distribution. Normal Distribution is a method used when you are trying to find a certain percent of people in a specific numbered group. When you are drawing your diagram for the date you make the tip part of the curve bigger. each space has a specific precent that goes into each one. You have to also you standard deviation and the mean. When you are drawing your graph and plotting all of your numbers in you put the mean in the very centre and then you go up by the standard deviation to the right and then you subtract the standard deviation from the left. Every time you move on slot that is one standard deviation. So if the mean is 60 and the standard deviation is 4, when u go to the right the number will be 64. But when you go to the left the number will be 56.
