Caffeine Myth Busters

There are many suggestions that coffee can be used as a dieting method. There is a lot of yes and no opinions and research that says it can or cant be used successfully. I have found two different websites that show both opinions, I will share my opinion and from there on it is really your choice whether you choose to use coffee for your weight loss.

The first website I found was “I drank butter coffee for a month and it was more magical than I expected” from the Buzz Feed website. This article took and experiment from a women where she drank butter coffee for a month to loose weight. Yes, for this women this method worked. The main objective this dieting technique is supposed to accomplish is make you full with drinking coffee instead of eating fatty filling foods. This women felt full for up to 6 hours and that was with working out too. The butter coffee also kept her energy high and awake as coffee normally does. Meanwhile making the dieting technique actually taste good as some techniques do not. After doing this routine for 6 weeks she noticed she was loosing weight, whether it  was just because she wasn’t eating as much or because this diet actually worked this women said she would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a yummy diet that has more benefits then just loosing weight.

A website that contradicts the previous “weight loss” website says that caffeine in SOME studies say caffeine can be used as a form of dieting but a lot of the coffee people are drnking is just putting unnecessary fats into your body. Caffeine isn’t juts found in the “magical” butter coffee but also sugary and fatty drinks like pop, every drinks and even chocolate. So yes maybe some forms of caffeine can be used for some diet techniques but caffeine as a whole is not a dieting aid.
