The month for my lab reflection I chose to reflect on the Chicken Preparation Lab. I chose this lab because I think it provided me with a lot of skills I did not have about chicken already. I some what know how to cook chicken but I did not know the first thing about cutting one and doing t correctly. I did really enjoy this lab mostly because I cut the chicken correctly but also because when my dad does this at home I can do it too now. I do think the lab went over very well, all my partners did a good jobs cutting with minimal mistakes and in the end we were all happy we knew how to cut a chicken. We all worked well throughout this lab with no mishaps, mostly because we all get along but even if we didn’t this was more of an individual lab taking turns so I don’t think we would have had any problems. I don’t think I would have done anything different to this lab it is educational but also fun at the same time.
