I chose this lab because I think I learned the most from it. I never knew how to make crepes before but with all the other labs I sort of knew how the procedure was going to go. I think that the crepes are a really cool recipe to learn how to make because it is something that isn’t very time consuming and it easy to make at home. I personally think my lab turned out really good. All our crepes turned out very well to size and when we turned them into sunflower crepes they turned out even better, overall, I would say there was no errors with them. The group I was with for this lab was a really dynamic well-organized group. Where were always on time especially with the sunflower crepes and everyone knew their part an contributed very well and to the best of their ability. I don’t think I would do this lab again, even though it was one of the first labs we did I was very satisfied with the turn out.
