_20160215_083803Question I was asked was “Convert the following radicals to mixed radicals in simplest form”. This question really stumped me up not because it’s hard, because I forgot what to do and I was really confused. So after looking at it for awhile, I remembered that this mixed radical>>>>

Is the same thing as the square root of 4x4x272 being the square

root of 4352. Now, if you find 2 numbers that multiply to 2352, they would be the square root of 256 and 17. The square root of 256 is 16, so that would go in front as the coefficient. And 17 would end up being the radicand.
