Chefs have three main characteristics. First, chefs need to be good with their hands. Chefs need use hands to plate the food. Chefs need use hands to feeling temperature. Second, chefs must be earnest. Chefs can make dishes taste more perfect. Chefs need an attitude. Third, chefs need to be creative. Chefs make new dish for different taste that will let customers to come again. Broadening the mind allows chefs to familiarize themselves with the ingredients and make their application more flexible. In brief，chefs have good with their hands, earnest and creative to characteristics.
