Chefs have three main characteristics. First, chefs need good with their hands. Chefs have many thing need use hands. Chefs need use hands to plate the food. Chefs need use hands to feeling temperature. Second, chef must be diligent. It’s useless if you don’t have a heart to do. Intentional food can make good ingredients. Third, Chefs need be creative. Customers need new dish for different taste. So chefs need progress. In brief，chefs have good with their hands , diligent , creative to characteristics.
