in Ottowa this article is talking about how when woman are involved in public and democratic life of their countries they can have more power and change the descisions on what impact their lives. on Febuary 17th, as part of the Government of canadas commitment to advancing gender equality, The minister of status of woman invited organizations to increase womans participation in democratic and public life.This articlel involves Patty Hajdu( minister of status of woman). I chose this article because i simply agree with it because, woman should be able to partake as much as man do. I belive there should be an “Equal Voice” between all genders.The Friday Everything Changed relates to this article because of cours they both show gender equality but theyre both based on how woman/girls should be able to do whatever man can do.
