This week in math. This was one of the questions that was an “ah ha” moment for me. I have forgotten how to solve this integer, but i remebered BFSD. I first distributed the bracket. I multiplied -4 with -3 which gave me a result of 12. Now I was left with 48-3x+12=3x. Since their was no fraction for this question I moved straight on to making zero pairs. I made a zero pair with -3x and 3x and did the same to the other side. Now I was left with 48+12=6x. I subtracted 12 with -12 to create a zero pair and did the same to 48. I was left with 36=6x. Now I divided 6 by 6 and 36 by 6 and the answer I got was 6.
