White Spot

Why is white spot so special to me? White spot is a Canadian restaurant that has been opened since 1928. It is a restaurant that is famous for it’s burgers and pastas. White spot is one of the restaurant i like to dine out and it is a place that is memorial for me because it was the first restaurant I went with my family when I landed in Canada and the last restaurant I went before my grandma moved back to Japan (Since my grandma lived in Japan). The white spot we went to was in Vancouver. The services were terrific. I remember all the waiters were very kind even though our english was pretty bad. Since my family and I weren’t fluent in english they showed us and explained to us with pictures of different foods and waited for us until we finished choosing. The atmosphere was a fancy, elegant with sooting musics playing. The interior was decorated with paintings and pictures on the wall and had luxurious sofas and chairs that had tint of colour cinnamon. The foods were very tasty and was packed with flavour. We ordered varieties of food such as, the legendary burger which is one of the original burger and ordered a bacon cheddar bigger burger which is a burger that is layered with tender beef, and fresh vegetables, topped up with hot, melted, gooey cheddar cheese. We also had spaghetti and meatball. Just like the name it is spaghetti that is served with meatballs. This was my favourite because I love any dishes with noodles in it. After the savoury part of our meal we needed something to stop our sugar craving, so we ordered their signature hot fudge brownies. It was a rich chocolate brownie that was served with cold creamy ice cream. In the end, it was a wonderful and full-filling meal. The price overall was descent and was inexpensive than I expected, which made it even more better. White spot may be just an ordinary dine in restaurant, but it is truly a meaningful place to me.
