Issues that Provincial Government face:

• Education = Is a issues in the provincial government as it is necessary to have specialized training to teach the students all the basic skills they would need to be a productive citizen in society as we know it today. The issue we face now days is with the increasing cost of education comes the increasing expectation of knowledge. Working with responsible government our society should work on attempting to balance knowledge with funds but at the continuous rate we are spending the two, they will constantly out way each other and this could lead to future dept for citizens, due to the imbalance of knowledge and funds.
• Environment = Provincial governments are responsible for all laws and policies put in place to determine how resources are used, distributed and consumed in a province. It is the provinces responsibility to consider the current demands of the resources as well as the demands needed in the future generations. We need to consider the balances needed in current consumption and future consumption  of resources and harm in the environment ,as-well as how it would impact the economic growth , employment, and the development of vital industries.
• Negotiation with the Federal Government = Provincial and Federal Government share authority over certain issues and areas. The two governments have been at odds since 1982. The issue always relayed the same patterned problem. It was lead to believe that the interests of the central Canada were being met and dominated the federal political decisions as were the remaining non-central provinces were being considered to a much less degree. Provincial and Federal government have been hard at work trying to mend and redefine the balance of powers. Equal balance of power should be considered but issues often arise surrounding specific issues. If the two governments continue it stay at odds the Supreme Court of Canada steps in to play and makes the final decision.
• Health care and Social Welfare = The federal government funds part of its budget to the provinces and territories and in return the federal Government would receive national standards of heath care. The issue that we face is based on Canadians age. There seems to be a large portion of the population based on a older age than there is conspired to the younger generation. This is one of the reasons causing the cost for health care to be larger. For a balance to occur in costs the situation would need to become more stable and equal. The provincial and territorial government is working towards a community-based care and reduce the chance of illness by taking more precaution and stay based at home more often. This is the main issue because people are paying high costs but not having the services provide properly. People instead decide to travel to the United states and get treatment and health care provided there at a sufficiently better quality. This is clearly an issue as Canada should be giving the proper medical care to everyone when necessary.
• Transportation = This is a issue because the provincial government and the federal government  need to work together to insure that the  transportation on the railways are  coordinated and development properly swell as the public transit and airports meet sufficient standards in accordance to the development and direction of the transport. Both the Provincial and Federal government have to agree on the final decisions. There is also another issue involving the city areas are getting more populated the government has to make certain that they insure there is enough regulated transport to support the large population.
