This has negatively effected me, because when I see this commercial, I see that the professionals use this brand of wood bat and I personally want to have the best product that money can buy, so that is why this type of bat appeals to me. This specific bat featured in the video is made of maple. Marucci makes tens of thousands of these bats per year that actually gets sold, this number isn’t including the bats that didn’t pass the quality test to be sold to the public, so overall tons of maple trees are being cut down and used to create one of these bats. And when people like me see that the pros are using these bats, it makes us want to buy one or more of these bats which promotes the maple trees being cut down.

Positively effected:

The quote by Andy in Shawshank Redemption has positively effected me in the way that I should be making the most of my days, and when I hear this quote I only think about the positive aspect of living, it almost makes me feel like I should be helping out and getting involved with more of the worlds environmental issues like the big littering issue we have all over the world. This quote overall makes me do everything more carefully and think of possible repercussions of my every move that can even slightly have an effect on the environment.
