my favourite speech

Her speech of 4 minutes and 44 seconds silenced the whole world!! First of all, her title reflects Chinese competition, which is a very interesting topic. I learned from her speech that when I should emphasis on tone and when i should add body language. Her logic is very clear and her speech will resonate.

WELCOME

Hello! My name is Vicky. I am 17 years old. I come from China. And I can speak English and Chinese.

Foods 11 January Lab Reflection

This is my favorite experiment, because I like cookies and chocolates very much, and I think I will learn to cook it for my friends, which is a useful skill, so I choose to do this experiment as my blog.

Our team is very united, we each have advantages, such as clear division of labor, I am good at cutting, washing dishes. If you can do it again, I don’t think we’ll do the cookies too dry.

week 17 in Precalculus 11

This week we learned a more difficult part. this week we learned about trigonometry. At the weekend I went over with my classmates for the exam on Monday.

How many triangles can be constructed ?

1. a/c >1 ,only 1

2. sin x <a/c <1 , can draw 2

3. a/c< sin x < 1, no one

For any △ABC

a/sin A=b/sin B=c/sinC and sinA/a=sinB/b=sinC/c

In any △ABC

c^2=a^2+b^2-2ab*cosC

Pay attention: For any question, it will have obtuse angle.

(sin x)^2 +(cos x)^2 =1

sin x=opposite/hypotenuse

cos x=adjacent/hypotenuse

tan x=opposite/adjacent

cos(90°-x)=sin x

sin(90°-x)=cos x

tan(90°-x)=1/tan x

And ‘SOH,CAH,TOA’ is used to remember the definitions for each ratio.

Sin,Cos and Tan are the 3 primary trig rations.

week 14 in Precalculus 11

This week we learned about Rational Expressions.

recall, that a rational number is a quotient of two integer:(ex -2/5) so, the quotient of two polynomials is called a rational expression (ex x+5/x-2).

Value of x           2x+2/x square +3x+2                2/x+2

0                              2/2=1                                  2/2=1

1                             4/6=2/3                                 2/3

2                         6/(4+6+2)=1/2                        1/2

3                    8/(9+9+2)=8/20=2/5                  2/5

4               10/(16+12+2)=10/30=1/3             2/6=1/3

Eacn value is the same (equivalence) for the 2 vational expressions. And Non-Premissible Value, find the non-premissible values BEFORE redoing. Otherwise you might miss some.

week 12 in Precalculus 11

This week we learning about Graphing Quadratic Inequalities in Two Variables and Solving Systems of Equations Graphically .

I got some knowledge :

A Quadratic inequality in two variables can be written in general form as: y>ax square +bx+c        y>_ax square +bx+c

y<ax square +bx+c         y<_ax square +bx+c

where a,b,and c are constants and a NOT=0

the graph of a quadratic inequality is all the ordered pairs(x,y)

that satisfy the inequality .

I think both personal and social abilities require the person’s own self thinking and the perspective of the problem, and independence is also important, not always depending on others, or denying yourself. In fact,Find your ability is very important. We should be good at discovering our own advantages. It will help you to succeed and give you more opportunities.Discover your strengths and know how to make good use of them. To strengthen their thinking ability, from the usual perspective to see the problem and ideas.
