Lily’s Goals

I’ll lose my weight about 3 kg until end of quarter 4. I plan to do exercising, eat healthy food and drink water everyday. Also, I will do at least 5 exercises everyday and I record those exercise and my weight. I can ask my sister to help me. I send a picture of my weight and what exercises I did. My obstacle is I probably feel lazy to do exercise because not motivated so I can choose goal that is fun to do after exercised.

I’ll get more than 100 points on TOFEL until end of this year by studying everyday at least 3 hours and study at private school every Saturdays. Also, if I go back to Japan in summer vacation, I will go to TOEFL private school. I can ask my TOEFL teacher to help me if I have questions. My teacher told me that even if people get 90 points it’s really difficult to reach 100 point. That’s could be my obstacles. Also, I sometimes feel lazy and not motivated to study. I need to know my weak point and study. Then, choose something  fun to do after study and  get motivated.

Week13- Math10

I felt not good this week so I took a lot of rest and I slept a lot.
I practiced function Notation.
This is an example.

Q1 What is the value of y when x equals 4?
g(4)=-3 x 4 + 5 =-12 + 5 = -7      A. y=-7

Q2 What is the value of X when y equals 2?
g(X)=2  -3X + 5=2   -3X=-3   X=1
