As a British official, I realize there are many alternatives to governing Quebec. I have chosen the policy of Isolation to ensure the colony is properly run.
Isolation will help us divide so we can live in peace and have our own separate lands, this will prevent wars and trying to control lands. We will be divide the land into 3 territories, 1 for the British, 1 for the French, 1 for the Natives. We will be able to have their own resources, system of government, and their own religion. Everyone will live in peace and in their own way, we will not have to go to fight for land ever again and we can live in peace. As I have outlined above, I believe the best policy for governing Quebec is Isolation. This will ensure that the colony will remain under British control and provide wealth for our glorious country.
