Fitness Goal for 2017

in fitness 11 my goal is to get to 180lbs and I truly believe that that is an achievable goal seeing as I started at 160lbs and I’m already at 165lbs in such a short amount of time and my diet has consisted of mostly protein and natural fats (nuts, avocados, and such are in the natural fat category) with the occasional cheat day
