Acceleration
Since acceleration is a velocity change over a time,When the velocity of an object changes it is said to be accelerating.Acceleration is the rate of change of velocity with time.
Constant velocity
when an object travels the same distance every second, then the object is said to be moving with constant velocity. This means that the magnitude of the velocity (or speed) and the direction of the velocity both remain constant.

What effect does TV have on society?
In Harrison Bergeron story it means that all the people in that society have to watch whatever they showed on TV and they don’t know if its a correct news or wrong they have to trust it and in this story when the government don’t let them watch more channals it means that something was wrong in their because they doesn’t have their own choice to watch whatever they want and of course as we can see nowadays most of the people are getting their daily news and most of the advertisement are done by TV and it’s clear that TV have a really high effect on people.
In the story page 178 first paragraph said (The television program was suddenly interrupted for a news bulletin it wasn’t clear at first as to what the bulletin was about, since the announcers, like all announcers, had a serious speech impediment.
