Electric house project.

  1. They would not be connected since the electrons have no way to travel through the rest of the circuit.
  2. The electrons would still flow through the other circuits and it would stay a complete circuit, but the other lights would have more electrons flowing through them since they can’t go through the other wire.
  3. the light bulb that’s in the series part of the circuit is brighter than the other light bulbs because it’s receiving more voltage than the other 2 light bulbs.
  4. I believe that the other light bulbs would be affected by increasing the amount of light going to the other light bulbs but it would have no effect on the circuit being complete
  5. In this project, I mostly did all the measuring and planning out the design for the house. I helped a little bit on the circuits but one of my group member had a stronger ability to make them and he preferred to make them so I let him do the circuits. If I could do one thing better I would probably help a little bit more on the circuits because they were a lot of fun to make.

  1. First Question.  How do you create a homemade electrical switch?Answer: Take a piece of cardboard and insert two drawing pins in it. make a complete circuit using a bulb, a battery and wires. Cut one wire in the circuit and connect one on each drawing pins. Unfold a paper clip and hook one end of it to one of the drawing pins and then bend its other end upward above the other drawing pin. you will see that whenever you push the so that it touches the drawing pin below it, the bulb gets lighted.http://www.english-for-students.com/How-to-make-an-electrical-switch.htmlSecond Question. What is the difference between a parallel and a series circuit?Answer: In a series circuit, the current through each of the components is the same, and the voltage across the circuit is the sum of the voltages across each component. In a parallel circuit, the voltage across each of the components is the same, and the total current is the sum of the currents through each component.

  2. We mostly used our OneNote but for things that we couldn’t find on the OneNote we would either go on youtube or we would google it.

4. We looked over the first question answer and tried the method they posted and it worked. So obviously if my circuit was successful, that post was credible. For the second question I used Wikipedia but I looked at the references that they had each one looked like a credible source so I decided to use the information posted.

5. We had a really bad start to this project, but as we went on everyday we kept on doing more and more and in my opinion I think we did pretty good, the house wasn’t planned exactly how we wanted it, at first we wanted to add a basement but we realized that we needed way more time to do that so we started up a new idea and I still really like the house. If we could have done one thing better I think we should’ve just spent or time better and not goofed around for a few classes.

In science class we had to make a working circuit to light up a lightbulb. we went above and beyond…

Here are the steps to make it work!

  1. Attach two wires to the batteries and the switch. Then attach the other ends to two other wires.
  2. Attach those wires tot he bell
  3. Attach two more wires to the lightbulb connecting with the bell.
  4. Now turn on the switch and watch as the bell starts to ring and your lightbulb has been lit!

What is happening here, is that the wires that are touching the batteries, allow the electrons to move in a full circle around the circuit. When they are flowing through the wires, they will reach the switch. The switch acts like a conductor when turned on and is an insulator when turned off.

Science 9 Hypothesis.

First, we thought that it would explode then we were wondering why did it explode? Why was it warm? And why was it yellow? Then we moved on and observed that it exploded instantly when the chemicals mixed together. Then we said if we added more soap would it be more foamy? And would it  change anything if we added more / less food dye?

How might your digital footprint affect your future opportunities? Give at least two examples.

If you post something bad on your digital footprint it can stop you from getting a job.

Describe at least three strategies that you can use to keep your digital footprint appropriate and safe.

Well, you can just not share things or just don’t even make a Facebook or any sort of social media account. You can also just try to put yourself on private for everything so people that you don’t know won’t be able to check it out, or you can just say things that won’t affect you in the future.

What information did you learn that you would pass on to other students? How would you go about telling them?

That you’re never really safe no matter what, if you post something online people are going to see it and it can really effect you in the future so just, make sure everything that you say is appropriate and safe for everyone to see.lo-dien-hacker-danh-sap-facebook-tu-che-cua-trieu-tien 1168-00-06 college-party-14-310x165
