Grammar Rule

I didn’t really have a grammar rule, more like multiple. Each one is different but commonly used in everyday sentences. most people don’t even realize it but they are there. plus, they probably don’t even know they have names let alone what they are. Now you know what they are called but the rules can get quite confusing when only using a dictionary. Adverbs give a “title” to a noun. in other words, they describe the adjectives with giving it a tile like the, a, and an. The adjective is the words that describe nouns. The normally longer words that end in ly but not all the time. Pronouns are what we use to describe a person in refusing to them in a sentence while using I, her, him, she, he, they, them, etc. Articles are what gives and object importance or unimportant by putting the, a, and an in front of a noun. Common vs Proper nouns are the difference between pencil and Riverside Secondary School. A pencil or common noun because you can find anywhere while Riverside Secondary School or proper nouns are harder to.

Plastic to Fuel

Part One

  1. I was looking on how we can take plastics and turn them into energy. It turns out it can be done. By taking the plastics to a facility instead of the dumpster it would burn them in a oxygen free room which then they are burned. And it may seam bad because we shouldn’t be burning them but in the fact that they are burning them in a contained building with no oxygen helps. They condense the gases in the air to form nitrogen. It helps and for tiny islands with no place to put garbage this can really help. It created a clean energy source from things we are already using energy to make the plastic become what it once was. Not to mention if we get the plastic out of our landfills, we can really use this to our advantage
  2. Dear Mr.Trudeau,

I have recently found our that we can use plastic and convert it into energy. I know we are getting closer to becoming fully green and I think this we just be another step in the right direction. It’s a tool that can be used make plastic into fuel. So far it has been proved to be a clean source of energy. I think building a couple of these can help. Not to mention that we could sell energy to the US to raise our economy.

Sincerely,

Nicole Hughes

Part 2

    1. Can Plastic be used as a reliable fuel source?
    2. Does plastic put out carbon dioxide into when made into a source of power
    3. Is plastic to Fuel a clean source of energy
  1. I wasn’t able to find a good amount of information even on google. I tired other sites like YouTube and I found I cool 4 minute video on how to turn plastic bags into power but didn’t find much else. I looked through destiny and came out empty handed. I found a website called LiveScience that had an article on it.
  2. I looked up my question and looked through some of the sites and decided weither I should keep looking through them after a about a paragraph.

  1. All of the sites listed only have to do with environmental topics. All of them state high level resources like the climate change conference in France, The Ocean Recovery Alliance, and The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation’s “Building Better Cities” Forum in Cebu. I has sources that are new. Not to mention all of the sites have been from the past couple of years making them decently reliable.
  2. It went smoothly. It was an easy project to finish and overall, I think it turned out well in my opinion. I think I found an out of common topic and with the recourses I learned I was able to find what I needed. The questions that were ask were very wordy and took me sometime to figure out but eventually I got it.
