As a British official, I realize there are many alternatives to governing Quebec. I have chosen the policy of Isolation to ensure the colony is properly run. We will create separate territories for the British, French, and the Natives each ruled by their own government, language, and religion. The people living in these reserves will be protected by their government. Allowing each group to live with their people will keep them happy and They can speak in their own language with each other in their territories. If we keep the other territories away from us, we can still be the greater colony. As I have outlined above, I believe the best policy for governing Quebec Isolation. This will ensure that the colony will remain under British control and provide wealth for our glorious country.
