Electric vehicles

Part 1:

The benefit:

Electric Cars Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions

The burning of fossil fuels produces hazardous chemicals and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. … The only greenhouse gas emissions associated with your electric car are from the generation of electricity.

How it works?

The electric vehicles use batteries. The amount of pollution produced depends on how the electricity is made.

I think the electric vehicles are good for the future.

Part 2:

  1. Do electric vehicles use oil?

The electric vehicles are fast. The electric vehicles don’t need to use oil. They use battery power.

2. What is a difference between normal vehicles and electric vehicles?

The normal vehicles have to use oil a lot. The electric vehicles don’t need oil and they just need battery power.

A Fresh Look at the Periodic Table

Define

The problems we want to solve is we will make the new periodic table.

Discover

The problems:

What can we do to make the periodic table easier to read and learn?

  • The periodic table is hard to memorize
  • It is hard to read
  • Not enough color, making students unmotivated to use the periodic table

The challenges

  • The fact that elements can change from solid, liquid and gas.

This may cause problems when color coding.

  • Changing the periodic table, keeping in mind the elements and symbols.

 Dream

Big idea:

  • Alphabetical order
  • The colors that we can know that are solid/gas/liquid
  • Different shapes
  • Keep the color-coding technique
  • Organizing the periodic table into color groups
  • Keeping the metals and non-metals separated
  • Color coding for solid/gas/liquid

What info does the periodic table tell us?

It tells up about the element (metal/non-metal, atomic number)

Design

In our group, our plan is we make the periodic again and make easy to read. We make the periodic table like a cube.

Debrief

Improved:

  • We make solid go with solid
  • Liquid go with liquid
  • Gas go with gas
  • We draw an arrows, where is metal, nonmetal, metaloid and legend
  • We color it to so where is solid, liquid and gas
  • We make it like a cube

Question 2

strategies that I can use to keep my digital footprint  appropriate and safe are using it carefully like in the class you have to use it for work. At home if you use it, you have to make sure you use it for homework. If that day you have school, when you go home you just watch for thirty minutes.

5P’s for a Positive Digital Footprint
