Reflection-

We chose  cinnamon buns because we wanted a challenge there were 3 steps to make which was the dough, the filling and the icing so since there were 3 of us we each did a step and the others supported them. When putting together the cinnamon buns one person rolled out the dough, one person cut the dough and one person rolled which made the process very fast and efficient. I was happy with the making of the dough because the end product was very light and fluffy this took the process of creaming in butter and stirring with a power mixer and adding in the milk a little at a time. One thing we could have done better is the making of the icing we were mixing by hand but mixing with a electronic mixer would have thickened the icing better and made it more efficient we learned that you only need a little bit of milk and more icing sugar, so our ratio of ingredients for the icing was off. Overall I was happy with the taste of our cinnamon buns.
