I chose to reflect on the granola bars lab because we were missing 2 people for this lab which made it the most difficult lab we’ve done. Yes, this lab was a lot of fun, I enjoyed smelling the granola bars cook, I enjoyed mixing all the ingredients and I also enjoyed pressing the granola down into the pan. Yes, our product turned out the way I hoped and tastes delicious. I believe that it was because we put it in the oven for the perfect amount of time because the bars were golden brown when it came out of the oven. Also, we followed the directions perfectly. Yes, my group worked well together during this lab. We did our part in the lab and made sure everything got done on time. There were, however, some issues with deciding who would do what job considering there were only two people, so I was dish dryer and unit manager and my friend was dish washer as well as special duties. I chose the granola bars lab again, I would make sure the oven was reheated before we went for the ingredient because we did forget to do that. I would have also done the lab faster so that the pan could have had more time to cool before we ha to put it in the fridge. Overall, I was very impressed with our lab and how the granola bars turned out.
