I chose to reflect on the spanakopitas because I think it was the lab in which my group was best able to work together. I also really enjoyed the end result, I thought they turned out similarly to many good spanakopitas I’ve had in the past! I really enjoyed this lab, I thought it was very simple but it wasn’t too difficult. The product turned out better than I had hoped because I thought that the middle would be too moist, but it turned out perfectly. Our group worked pretty well together for this lab, probably the best we’ve worked together all semester. We all have a general idea of how we can best work together, and we are usually able to do this without issue. If I did this lab again, I would definitely put more care into the assembly, as they were hastily assembled and some broke open in the oven.
