I chose to reflect on this lab because it was my favourite final product. I love making and eating muffins that are healthy but also tasty. I very much enjoyed the lab because although it was one of our first ones, and therefore a little difficult, it was fun and it was a recipe I hope to keep. Our product turned our very well! They were up to product standards and were very yummy. It helped that there was little room for error when making them. We worked well together during this lab, and it was a good way to start the semester. If (when) I do this lab again, I don’t think I would do anything differently, because they turned out so well, but I might double the recipe next time.
Good work, Megan. There are a couple points in your reflection that you could expand on to make it a bit more in-depth, but this is an excellent start. For your next reflection, try to connect and expand on some ideas – your second sentence is a good example of two separate ideas that could be developed independently.
