This week, I have learned how to factor polynomial. For me, it was very easy because I use a little trick to factor polynomial.

For example

+ 4x – 6

Since they have GCF of 2 this can simplified very easily.

After first step it should look like

2( + 2x – 3)

Next we will factor

1. 1 1 = 1
2. 
3. -1 + 3 = 2
4. (x-1)(x+3)

The first two row, you multiply. Then the last row, you add. Its easy as that.
